What the two labels actually describe

Drenamin lists vitamin C, riboflavin, niacin, vitamin B6 and choline with food and bovine/porcine tissue ingredients. Adrenal Complex lists 192.3 mg licorice root extract, containing 25 mg glycyrrhizin, and 150 mg rehmannia extract per tablet, along with calcium.

Extract ratios describe the declared source-to-extract relationship. They do not prove superiority to a food or tissue blend or predict an individual outcome.

Restrictions matter more than a similar category name

The Adrenal Complex caution specifically lists high blood pressure, edema, congestive heart failure, low blood potassium, pregnancy and lactation as contraindications. Those restrictions belong to this formula and should not be hidden behind a general “stress support” heading.

Drenamin contains bovine and porcine ingredients and is not vegetarian. Discuss medication use, pregnancy, nursing and health conditions with your practitioner before starting a formula.

Serving instructions are not interchangeable

Drenamin’s recorded directions are one tablet with each meal. Adrenal Complex lists one tablet two to three times daily, or as directed. A tablet from one formula is not an equivalent serving of the other.

A useful practitioner discussion

Take the full labels and explain the question you want help with. Neither a product name nor a health-guide assignment diagnoses an adrenal condition. Ask about ingredient overlap with your current products and whether the cautions rule out an option.
