How recommendations work

A recommendation begins with the person, not the product.

When nutritional support is appropriate, Dr. Carolyn Fancher considers the goal you are working toward alongside relevant health history, current care, medications, allergies, dietary preferences and the details on the current product label.

A recommendation may include one product, a short-term plan, a decision to wait, or a referral for additional evaluation. Products that share a health-interest category are not necessarily interchangeable.

  1. 01

    Clarify the goal

Discuss what you want to support and whether symptoms or concerns call for evaluation first.

  2. 02

    Review fit and context

Consider ingredients, serving directions, dietary fit, medication use and potential overlap with your current routine.

  3. 03

    Choose and follow up

Use the agreed product as directed, monitor how the plan fits and revisit it when your needs or care change.
