Common questions

Cataplex® B FAQ

Clear answers based on the current manufacturer listing and practitioner context.

Is Cataplex B gluten-free?

No. The current Cataplex B label contains defatted wheat germ and identifies wheat; Cataplex B-GF is a separate formula.

Is Cataplex B the same as B-Core?

No. Standard Process says B-Core uses whole-food B sources without added isolated B vitamins. B adds isolated choline, thiamin, B6 and niacin, and its declared serving is two tablets rather than B-Core's four.
