Clear answers based on the current manufacturer listing and practitioner context.
Ostarplex is a connective tissue health supplement that contains vitamin B6.
One capsule per meal, or as directed.

The current label states one capsule per meal and declares nutrients per one capsule. An inspected marketplace page gives a different three-capsule instruction; that does not supersede Standard Process. The 425 mg blend includes tissue, food and other ingredients, not a separately declared betaine or collagen amount. Compare the whole formula with Ostrophin PMG and Betacol, each using its own label.
