Understanding exercise endurance
Endurance is the ability to sustain an activity at an appropriate effort, not just a feeling of stimulation. Training progression, meals, hydration and sleep are the foundation of that discussion. This protocol can be considered after clarifying the activity, duration and the reason a nutritional addition might be useful.
How to evaluate this combination
