SP Complete formula differences: original, dairy-free and flavors
The SP Complete family includes distinct formulas. A flavor or dietary name is a starting point for reading the label, not a guarantee that ingredient proportions, serving units or nutrition declarations match.

Original and Dairy Free use different protein sources
The accepted original SP Complete record lists whey protein concentrate and rice protein and states that it contains milk. SP Complete Dairy Free lists rice protein and flax meal without the original whey ingredient. Read each flavored formula’s full ingredient and allergen list separately.
The serving units are different
Original SP Complete declares a serving of two rounded tablespoons, with 10 g protein, 3 g fiber and 100 calories. Dairy Free declares two heaping tablespoons, with 13 g protein, 4 g fiber and 110 calories. These are their stated serving declarations; they are not an equal-weight or per-gram comparison.
Do not treat a flavor as a package selector
Vanilla and Chocolate have their own product pages and recorded formulas. Open the exact page you intend to order instead of assuming that a size or flavor option preserves every ingredient.
Preparation and suitability follow the selected label
Use the selected formula’s preparation directions. Consider milk allergy, dietary restrictions and any existing products with overlapping nutrients. A protein powder’s marketing category does not independently establish suitability as a complete meal or a personalized program.
Questions about these labels
Can I rank the formulas by protein per tablespoon?
The recorded servings use rounded and heaping tablespoons. Without a comparable weight basis, these declarations do not establish protein per equal spoonful or per gram.
Does Dairy Free describe every dietary attribute?
No. Dairy-free is one attribute. Review the complete ingredients and the product’s separately matched dietary designations.
